I first saw one of these mugs at my Sister's home and was so impressed by it that upon returning home I immediately ordered 2 as gifts, I anticipate buying more for the same reason in the forthcoming year(s) including one for myself.
In addition to the beautiful quality of the Mug the customer service could not have been better, the staff put the effort in to make sure everything runs perfectly and give your purchase a personal touch.

You know how a good a retailer is when something goes wrong.
I bought a gift, had it sent by Royal Mail, tracked the order and it never got to its destination.
While doing this, the shop tracked the order and could see that it had not been delivered and sent another gift out straight away that was received a couple of days after.
I then received a telephone call and an email apologising even though it was not the shop's fault at all.
I gave them a ring and they were extremely polite, helpful and caring.
Many retailers could learn a thing or two about the way that Shop Wales operates!
I know where I shall be shopping for Welsh gifts in future!

I ordered this mug for my husband who is Welsh and his old mug was faded and not very nice. Plus it was our wedding anniversary and the mug has a heart shaped handle, just perfect for the occasion! The mug came with another one (https://shopwales.co.uk/collections/mugs/products/wales-flag-mug) very quickly and packed beautifully and securely - no fear of being damaged in transport. The mug is lovely and looks exactly like you see it on the website. There was an invoice in the box and the nice additional thing was that the supplier sent us a little fridge magnet that says CWTCH - it is now proudly displayed on our fridge and it is so cute. Thank you. I will be using this site again as it has lovely things for sale - perfect for our Welsh family :) Hope this business opens its shops again very soon but in the meantime, do use the website as it is as good as a real thing.
