Shop Wales Gift Purchase

What an amazing shop, and what fantastic customer service.
You know how a good a retailer is when something goes wrong.
I bought a gift, had it sent by Royal Mail, tracked the order and it never got to its destination.
While doing this, the shop tracked the order and could see that it had not been delivered and sent another gift out straight away that was received a couple of days after.
I then received a telephone call and an email apologising even though it was not the shop's fault at all.
I gave them a ring and they were extremely polite, helpful and caring.
Many retailers could learn a thing or two about the way that Shop Wales operates!
I know where I shall be shopping for Welsh gifts in future!

Very neat and attractive packaging, happy and helpful letter enclosed with a little personal message at the bottom.
Made me nostalgic for Wales. Will definitely shop with you again.

Tweed Cushion

Nice quality product - size not specified on website (as far as I could see..?), and it is quite small. It's also not as red as pictured. It's a dark pink. Fast service and shipping but not quite accurately described.
