What a Find!

I found your company online and was so pleased to be able to send some authentic Welsh gifts to my 93 year old mother-in-law who is Welsh. She was so pleased and happy with the gifts and I was able to choose several different items of food (biscuits, fudge and barra brith) as well as some clothing items. However, I was SO pleased with the level of helpful service. I don't live in the UK and I wanted to be able to get the gifts packaged as a gift - I emailed and got a response the same day to say absolutely no problem including that they would write a card for me. It was so refreshing to have such quality, friendly service which was in stark contrast to a major store who could not provide an answer to a very simple question. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them.
