Very impressive service

I ordered two slate gifts, but unfortunately only one arrived. I emailed Little Welsh Company, who replied within an hour and the second slate was sent the following day.
The product's are well made and good quality.

A Pure Slate gift

The first slate arrived cracked, probably linked to the large dent in the box, courtesy of Royal Mail ignoring the “FRAGILE” stickers. Shop Wales sent a replacement immediately, with no quibbles and it arrived in time for my daughter’s return from their honeymoon. A perfect reminder of their wedding in Abergavenny.
